Woody Harrelson plays Arthur Poppington, a man on a mission, to clean up the town and take on the evil Captain Industry. Thus, Poppington dons super hero garb and sets out as Defendor, a super hero with nothing even resembling a super power and a budget a whole lot lower than Batman’s. But considering that Captain Industry may be a figment of Arthur’s imagination, cleaning up the streets might be tougher than he thought.
